Stella Agyenim Boateng has 32 years working experience and currently the Human Resource Director at the Volta River Authority (VRA) Ghana. She is the former Group Human Resource Director/Consultant, GLICO GROUP. She is a Lead Human Resource Consultant, Professional HR Consult Ltd and a former Human Resource Director, Vodafone Ghana.

She is also a former Human Resource Director, Ghana Telecom and a former Adjunct Lecturer/Business Policy & Strategy, GIMPA. Occasionally, she is Corporate Guest Lecturer (Webster University, UGBS) and a Training Resource Person – Ghana Employers Association. She delivers papers at Conferences/Seminars both locally and internationally.

She has won many awards including Human Resource Practitioner of the Year 2015/2016-Ghana; Most Outstanding Corporate Executive in Human Resource 2015- Ghana; Top 10 Human Resource, Tech Leaders in Africa 2015; 50 Most Innovative Global Human Resource Tech Leaders 2017; Ultimate Woman Award 2017; Life Time Achievement Award for consistency in Human Resource Matters 2018 and Top 40 HR Practitioners “Doing Big Things” in 2018.

She has served on a number of Boards and also a member of other professional Associations. These includes, Vodafone Ghana Foundation Board, Adventist Volunteer Services Programme (AVSP) Board, Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners- Ghana, SHRM, Executive Women’s Network (EWN)

She is currently pursuing a Doctoral Studies in Business Administration, Swiss Business School/Nobel International Business School and also pursuing a Masters in Applied Business Research, Swiss Business School/Nobel International Business School. She has Masters in Business Administration (HRM), University of Ghana; Certificate in Human Resource Management, Bailbrook College, Bath, UK; Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Administration, GIMPA; Diploma in Education, University of Cape-Coast; Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration, GIMPA and Bachelors of Arts (Hons), University of Cape-Coast
