Francis Kisseih Teye has been the Director of Finance and Administration for ExLA Group since 2014. As administrator, he is responsible for running the day-to-day activities of the office including staff management, performance management and evaluation. He is also responsible together with the Executive Director for maintaining effective financial and accounting system controls and standards through realistic budgeting, financial reporting, sound investment and general audit functions.
He has been instrumental in establishing sound financial and developmental policies for the organisation with projections which span up to 5 years of the organisation’s life.

Having previously served in the positions of Personal Assistant to the Executive Director, Executive Assistant and General Secretary of ExLA Group, Francis has worked assiduously to help fine-tune the activities and programmes of the organisation, keeping records of key organisational information and developing strategies for future accomplishments.
Over the years, he has been in charge of a number of documentations and write-ups for the organisation and its programmes based on the vision and concepts developed by the organisation mainly by the inspiration of the Executive Director. Among these include contents for Working Documents and Reports for the Annual Young African Women Congress (YAWC) and Proposals for the organisation’s programmes and projects.

Francis Teye holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology with Linguistics from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has also attended and participated in a number of training programmes and conferences where he developed his skills for leadership, corporate governance, financial management and research.
