Pascaline Mabel Quarshie is a member of the protocol team for the Young African Women Congress (YAWC) and sees to the welfare needs of the participants, speakers and guests during the annual congress.
She’s currently a National Service Person at the KOFI ANNAN INTERNATIONAL PEACE KEEPING AND TRAINING CENTER (KAIPTC) in Accra where she works as a Teaching Assistant.

Empowering women has always been a top priority to her and it reflects in her engagements over the years. During her tenure in office as the SRC Assistant Organizing Secretary/Women’s Commissioner at the Valley View University, she worked hard and collaborated with credible social healthcare institutions such as Marie Stopes International to champion quality healthcare amongst women on campus. She also worked to mobilise young women on campus and empowered them through technical and vocational training with basic skills in Liquid soap making, yoghurt, making of different kinds of fruit juices and various methods of preservation and assisting them financially. The motive behind this was to raise independent women through entrepreneurship.

She is currently nurturing an initiative (Pascy’s Initiative) which aims at empowering the vulnerable and less privileged in Ghana by providing them with free technical skills to clamp down on high unemployment rates in rural areas across Ghana. Mobilised Women on campus and empowered them financially by training them technically with basic skills in Liquid soap making, yoghurt, making of different kinds of fruit juices and preserving them for future use. The motive behind this move was to create entrepreneurs and independent women.

Pascaline is a graduate of the Valley View University and holds a Bachelor of Education with English Language as a major. She has had the privilege of attending numerous Seminars and Training Programmes.

Pascaline is an eclectic, passion-driven and an ambitious young lady. She enjoys reading and cooking during her leisure times and also loves to travel.
She aspires to be an academic lecturer, a successful entrepreneur and life coach. Her principle in life is guided by the famous Bible quote “Do unto others as you would love them do unto you”.
